"Leading for Positive Results," by Cy Wakeman MHA of Cy Wakeman Inc. Cy has worked with leading health care organizations to develop innovative solutions to longstanding management dilemmas. Join her as she shows you how to achieve top performance from your team.
"Providers on the Front Lines: Health Care Call to Action" by Tom Evans, MD. Dr. Evans, IHI speaker and president of the Iowa Healthcare Collaborative, explores the new era of accountability and transparency, challenging hospital leaders and providers to work together to lead reform.
"Recruitment in the 21st Century: Addressing Challenges and Opportunities" by Scott Ekblad, director of the Oregon Office of Rural Health. Recruitment and retention is hard work. Join Scott as he breaks it down for us and takes a light-hearted look at the challenges health systems face when putting together a top-notch work force.
