You are invited to this year's American Hospital Association (AHA) Annual Membership Meeting in Washington, D.C., Sunday, May 6 through Wednesday, May 9, 2012. This is a great opportunity to network with your colleagues from across the country and to ensure that the issues important to OAHHS are considered by our congressional delegation.  

Capitol Hill Visits - BEING SCHEDULED NOW
The visits to Capitol Hill will be in the late afternoon of Tuesday, May 8 and morning of Wednesday, May 9.  We hope to be done by noon on May 9.from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you plan to attend the conference, it is recommended that you make arrangements to return home on Thursday, May 10. OAHHS will coordinate and schedule meetings with each congressional member's office. We encourage you to participate in these meetings with legislators so the members' offices are not overloaded with individual requests. If you arrange your own private meeting(s), please inform OAHHS so that we do not schedule our meetings at the same time.

• Register with AHA before March 23, 2012, for an early bird discount 
• Register with OAHHS (identifying spouses and trustees)
