To view quality indicators for all reporting Oregon hospitals, click on the button below. The indicators currently available are reported to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and include heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia, surgical infection prevention and patient satisfaction.

Adverse Events Resolution
February 18, 2008 the OAHHS Board of Trustees unanimously passed a resolution regarding non-payment for serious adverse events.
Whether you are a patient yourself or a friend or family member of a patient in one of our state's hospitals, it can be an emotional and taxing time. OAHHS has established this "Patient Services" website to assist patients and their loved ones through the health care system. We are advocates for you and work on a daily basis with the skilled medical, nursing and administrative staff that manage and operate our state's medical facilities. We offer this as a resource and if at any time, you don't find what you need or still have a question that needs to be answered, don't hesitate to contact OAHHS or call one of the hospital's patient advocates.
