Accountability is based on a shared commitment to improve health services. Accountability means being answerable for our actions, not just our good intentions.
Oregon hospitals are working to improve outcomes and quality, to not only meet, but also exceed targeted results. Hospitals require comparative feedback, reliable and valid performance information, and access to best practices to support continuous performance improvement.
