Purpose & Vision: The LEAN Transformation Collaborative website is a resource for hospitals to access archived LEAN webinars, tools, and other valuable resources. Examples of LEAN work done by participating hospitals can be found in individual hospital folders on this website for others to review. The purpose of the LEAN Transformation Collaborative is to share LEAN work so that others may follow the same path to LEAN success.
